    LOIN: Roast, 1-2 lb., Boneless, 1/pk.

    RACK: Roast, 1-2 lb., Boneless, 1/pk.

    SHOULDER: Ground

    SHANKS: Stew/Ground

    RIBS: Ground

    NECK: Ground/Stew

    STEW/GROUND: 1lb./pkg. or Game Sausage $1.00 per Ib or Hot Sticks $6.99 per Ib

    Ground can be made into sausage or Hot sticks if you have 20 lbs or more. lf you do not have enough after your cuts in will be in bulk ground 1lb packs.
