    2 of my buddies and I went pig hunting in February and had our pigs processed at Manas. I was blown away at the flavor of the sausage they made for us, and the hams they cured as well. I love pork, but am not a big fan of ham thanks to Desert Storm (all they fed us was ham and cheese sandwiches). I did a ham for Easter, and I was amazed at how awesome it tasted!!! My faith is renewed in ham!! The sausage is without a doubt the best I have ever had!! All of my wild game will now be processed by Manas Meats. I drive there every couple of months from Dixon to get some top quality beef, and of course the pastrami!! The friendliest people in all the state of California work there.
